As President and founder, I bring a background in sales, human capital management, and healthcare operations — not the traditional recruiting route. My career has given me a deep understanding of how businesses actually operate, the challenges they face, and what makes the right hire critical to their success.

I played a key role in the growth of PM Pediatric Urgent Care, where I was intimately involved in opening and operating 30 pediatric urgent care locations across the Northeast. Being involved in the day-to-day operations gave me a true understanding of the demands, pace, and staffing challenges within medical practices.

I worked in Human Capital Management with Paychex, working extensively with law firms and gaining a firsthand understanding of the unique operational and staffing needs of legal practices.

That experience is the foundation of First Tee Staffing. We don't just recruit for legal and medical organizations — we understand them.
